One of the unique offerings at the Tippecanoe Farmers’ Market is a KIDZ Booth, a free booth that children and their families can sign up for and sell handmade products, homegrown foods. Sell all the items you want without paying the $50 Market fee! They can also offer unique services–last year, one girl set up a fingernail painting and toenail painting booth and made $22!
Here are the rules on the KIDZ Booth:
- KIDZ booth participants need to be 17 or younger
- KIDZ booth participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the Market
- The participants must be actively involved in the creation or growing of the items they are selling.
- Kids may sell items they create, services (like fingernail painting) or food they grow.
- The schedule is first-come, first-served, but please feel free to sign up for multiple dates!
- Upon your arrival at the Market, ask to see GREG (that’s me) or the Market Manager for the day to learn your booth location.
